how to use: 

1. Prepare Your Hair: It's best to apply oil to clean hair/scalp

2. Dispense and Warm the Oil: Pour a small amount of oil into your palm (the amount depends on your hair length and thickness). Rub your palms together to warm the oil slightly. This makes it easier to apply and allows better absorption.

3. Apply to Your Hair and Scalp: Start applying the oil from the roots to the tips of your hair. Use your fingertips to gently massage the oil into your scalp in circular motions. Ensure even distribution throughout your hair.

4. Leave it In: Once applied, leave the oil in your hair for at least 30 minutes to a few hours. For deeper conditioning, you can leave it overnight (cover your hair with a shower cap or towel to avoid staining your pillow).

5. Optional: Use as a Leave-In Treatment: Alternatively, you can apply a small amount of oil to the ends of your hair as a leave-in treatment to tame frizz and add shine.

6. Repeat Regularly: For best results, use hair oil regularly, depending on your hair's needs (once or twice a week is typical) but 2x a day you will see faster results.
