Holmes Family Crest Irish Flag Novelty License Plate

The Holmes family crest is set against the Irish flag on this 12" x 6" aluminum novelty license plate, made for the Holmes surname.

Holmes is an English and Scottish surname meaning roughly 'islands' or 'river meadows' (from the old word 'holme'); in Ireland it's most often found through English settlement rather than as a native Gaelic sept name.

It's made from solid, rust-resistant aluminum with a silver back and bright white printed front, keeping the crest and flag colors sharp. Standard pre-drilled holes make mounting easy (hardware not included), and it wipes clean with a soft damp cloth.

Use it on a car, in a garage, or as wall decor, and it makes a straightforward, name-specific gift for a Holmes family member with Irish connections.

Celtic Ancestry Gifts carries this same design across many Irish and Scottish surnames, so it's worth searching for other names in your family.
